New Additions to the TOA Team
 TOA is delighted to welcome Rebecca Figueroa as our new Customer Service Representative in our NJ Office as of March 18, 2013. She is fluent in Spanish and has over 10 years of experience working with high volume telephone calls and email customer queries. Rebecca demonstrates extreme excellence in problem solving, leadership and communication skills, as well as a steady commitment to customer service.
 We are happy to announce that as of April 1, 2013, Mr. Shawn McAdams will be joining the TEI team in the role of Systems Engineering Manager. Shawn brings a wealth of experience in system design and project management to TOA, having worked for several NY area integrators, he has been involved with many large projects throughout the US. He is proficient in CAD and EASE and will be coordinating the efforts of the Area Systems Engineering team to help better serve our customers, as well as strengthening our relationships in the consultant community. Shawn will also manage TOA's training agenda and will work to update our curriculum, delivering live and web technical training to our partners nationwide. In addition to his national responsibilities, Shawn will also help to improve TOA's focus in the NY/NJ Metro market. He will report to the Marketing & Technical Support Manager in the Secaucus, NJ office.
