Update on EDOW Campus Ministries
On January 30-31, the Diocese will hold our annual Diocesan Convention. One of the reports will be on the resolution passed by Diocesan Council in relation to a motion at least year's convention concerning campus ministries. In this article published at the EDOW website, I share about this work. I also introduce you to our 2015 team for campus ministries. See below for information on how to get involved in campus ministries. You can also get information below on volunteering and attending this year's convention.
Finding Center
St. Stephen's and the Incarnation in Columbia Heights is launching a new Saturday evening informal, contemplative worship experience. Starting this month, Finding Center will run from 5:30pm-6:15pm every week. You're invited to join our progressive Christian community for spiritual centering through silence, chant, music, art images, poetry, scripture and communion.
Jan. 30-31: Volunteer at Diocesan Convention
Are you available on Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31? We are in need of volunteers at our annual Diocesan Convention held this year at Reid Temple A.M.E. Feb. 7: DC Interfaith Leadership Summit
Formerly called the DC Young Adult Faith Leaders Summit, this annual gathering (now in its third year) is held during World Interfaith Harmony Week (first week of February) and is supported by the IFC and a diverse set of local faith-based and interfaith organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.

The 2015 DC Interfaith Leadership Summit will be held on Saturday, February 7th, 2015. Register here.

Feb. 12: Vespers at St. Thomas'
On Thursday, February 12 at 6:30 p.m. join St. Thomas' Parish as we pray in the ancient tradition of Vespers, share a meal, and hear Broderick Greer, our senior seminarian, discuss his faith in light of Michael Brown's death in Ferguson, MO on August 9, 2014. Use this weekday evening service to recharge in the Spirit, reconnect to your sacramental community, and renew your baptismal vows. ECF Fellowship Application Now Open
Over the past five decades, the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) has named over 200 scholars and ministry leaders as ECF Fellows. The application for the 2015 Fellowship is now open. ECF is committed to strengthening the leadership capability of the Episcopal Church. An ECF Fellowship provides both financial support and networking opportunities. The application requires a significant commitment of time and is due on March 13, 2015. Please click here to learn more about the ECF Fellowship Partners Program
