WHAT_S WRONG WITH CHRISTMAS_ Lets shine out at Christmas_ The New Year_ and Easter_ and be The Light Of The World. By Simon Brown.
My short Christmas message
While there are certain Christians who shrivel and turn away from Christmas day - as their light is out of the way - my light shines brighter around Christmas, more than any other day.

While there are certain Christians who seem to hide away because of Christmas day, I come out to play - with hampers, love, and cards, reminding the world of that great day.

That great day where prophecy was fulfilled, and Father God's love revealed, who gave the world the greatest gift of all - the Lamb of God and our saviour, His son Jesus.

Jesus, who takes away the sins of the many, to save the world for the ones who believe, trust, and pray.

Dear friends,

Have you ever received 'hate' mail from loving Christians at Christmas? If so, I'd like you to pray for them, so that God can help them learn how to make good by putting Jesus on the throne - even on a pagan day. For many don't realise that every day of the week has been considered 'pagan' at one time or another in history.

I would like to leave you with an article that I wrote several years ago, entitled, 'What's Wrong With Christmas?'. I'm proud to say that out of all the articles I've written, this one has been read the most, with the counter currently showing 100,000,903. I have added a link to the article below - I hope you enjoy it, and that you may take my meaning from it over the Christmas period and beyond.

Thank you for reading, and may God bless you this festive season,

Simon Brown.

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days. Colossians 2:16 KJB.

Matthew 2:1-12
King James Version (KJV)
2 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,
2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.
5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,
6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.
7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.
8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.
9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh.
12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.
