Jesus is not interested in mere fans.
He doesn't want enthusiastic admirers.
Dear friends, just yesterday, Emma and I watched a film on TBN.
Not only did the film inspire us both. It reminded me about an article I wrote last summer called: THE FIG TREE and Emma Brown picking figs.

In the article I wrote saying: I am sad to know so many Christians who are more interested in the things of this life, rather than the things of God.
I know so many Christians who want Jesus on the phone, but not on the throne.

I hope you do not mind me sharing this video with you, so that it may also inspire you, and if not already, help you to live and be dedicated to Jesus.

In fact Emma is ordering the book and DVD film.
We want to be sure we are living and ready for Jesus, as we do for you.

Their article reads: Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus Christ issued a compelling and challenging invitation: "Follow Me." Jesus is not interested in mere fans. He doesn't want enthusiastic admirers. He wants completely committed followers. Built around the engaging approach of Kyle Idleman, Teaching Pastor at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY, this one of a kind small group study, sermon series, movie, and book examines what it means to deny one's self and truly follow Jesus.  Watch trailer here for more information, notafan.com.
