Fencing Demo

On Saturday, January 11th at Laura's, 10:30am, youngsters age 5-11 will have the unique experience of participating in a mini fencing course. A professional fencing coach from Round Rock Fencing Club will lead them in safe & fun games, exercises, drills, & sparring. It could be that your kids will discover their new passion!

FREE CPR Class

We are very excited to welcome back the Westlake High School Health Occupations Students of America to Westbank on Wednesday, January 29th 6:30-8pm. They'll be teaching Take 10 Hands-Only CPR to anyone ages 10 & up; this course is designed to give all age groups knowledge about the signs of cardiac arrest & how to help.

If you've got 10 minutes, you've got time to learn to save a life! New classes will start every 15 minutes.

Discovery! for Middle Graders

Now that school is back in session, send your middle graders to Laura's on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30pm for a variety of programs to entertain them. In January, they'll get to discover all of the following:

January 7th: Austin Reptile Service
January 14th: Creating Writing - Wish Upon a Star (bring your New Year's Resolution & write about hopes, dreams, & wishes for the New Year)
January 21st: Fantastic Contraptions (discover gadgets & apps)
January 28th: Dragon Drawing

Holiday Hours

Both branches will be closed Monday, January 20th in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We will re-open with normal hours on Tuesday, January 21st.
