Tomorrow (Friday, September 27th) at Laura's, 10:30am, join us for Mom & Me Yoga with an instructor from Yoga Yoga.  Then join us again next month because it's every 4th Friday of the month!

 

We also have Family Laughter Yoga monthly, so mark your calendars on the 2nd Wednesdays of the month & pop in at 6:30pm at Laura's.  Is there a better way to connect with your family than to spend time laughing together? 

 

On Thursday, October 10th at Westbank, 10:30am we will have a guest-speaker discussing how you can use the neuroscience to improve your parenting skills.  Learn how nutrition, exercise, stress, & sleep can affect your child's developing brain.  Plus get tips on how to help your children learn smarter! 

 

The experts agree - the earlier you learn a second language, the better.  So we have a great program at Westbank on Friday, October 4th at 10:30am for parents of children age 0-5 to help you introduce your youngsters to Spanish. 

 

Don't speak Spanish?  That's ok!  You'll learn songs plus get mini-lesson ideas & some great bilingual book suggestions.   And yes, tots are welcome!
