The Parish Annual Meeting for the year will take place after the 10:30 service on September 28. At that time, we'll distribute a collated copy of committee reports for the year October 2013-September 2014. I'm writing to you as a committee/guild chair or co-chair to ask for your committee's Annual Report.

 

This document need not be very long -- a paragraph might do for some. Please include in it:

 

*How many times your committee/guild/group met.

*The names of active members.

*Highlights of committee activities.

*Any plans for the coming year.

*Any anticipated needs from the parish for resources (members, $$).

*Any leadership changes (or anticipated changes).

 

Please get your report to Diane at the church office by September 14 so she will have ample time to copy and collate the handouts for the Annual Meeting.
