We are always happy when Thanksgiving is approaching, because this wonderful holiday affords us the opportunity to thank all of our friends & customers. We have so much to be thankful for, as this past year has been good to Diamond Knot.
To allow our staff to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, all of the Diamond Knot locations will be closed on November 22nd.

In the spirit of great Washington beer, Diamond Knot Brewing would like to welcome our friends from The Ram - Northgate to the Alehouse on Wednesday November 14th, for a fun night of beer. Dave and the whole gang will be here to answer all of your beer questions, plus we will be sampling three of their tasty beers. To add to the fun, you will have the chance to win some cool swag. A robust, American- Style Porter. Chocolate Malt, Black Barley, Flaked Barley, Crystal Malt and molasses lend a deep, reddish-black hue to this full-bodied ale. Galena and Glacier hops impart substantial yet balanced bitterness. ABV: 5.3%

Nov 8th
Wet Hop Firkin, dry-hopped with whole cone Amarillo & Citra
A once-a-year treat; we used 40lbs. of wet Citra hops that were barely 24 hours off the vine to impart a bright, citrusy, piney character to this delicious Pale Ale. Get it while you can as it won't last! ABV: 7.2%

Ho!Ho!
Winter Ale
A robust 'winter warmer' ale, ruby brown in color with a slightly sweet, fruity nose. Very hoppy, yet balanced with a sturdy malt foundation. Our Brewmaster's favorite! ABV: 7.8%

Industrial Red Ale
A brand new, experimental addition to our "Industrial" lineup, this one's a force to be reckoned with! Vienna malt, Wheat malt and German CaraRed malt provide a malty backbone to support the loads of Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe hops. ABV: 8.5%

Matt's Nitro - Nov 14th Possession Porter
A robust, American- Style Porter. Chocolate Malt, Black Barley, Flaked Barley, Crystal Malt and molasses lend a deep, reddish-black hue to this full-bodied ale. Galena and Glacier hops impart substantial yet balanced bitterness. ABV: 5.3%; IBUs 45

Nov 1st: Possession Porter
Deep amber/red in color, a generous addition of specialized ESB malt provides complex maltiness. Willamette hops produce an herbal, slightly spicy finish. 41 IBUs; 6.0% ABV
Nov 15th: Ho!Ho! Winter Ale
Catch it before it is gone for another year, our answer to Oktoberfest!
Reddish amber in color, this ale has a bright, crisp flavor with a complex malty body. Domestic Hallertauer hops lend a slightly spicy, herbal finish. 25 IBUs; 5.8% ABV

Special of the Month Szechuan Chicken Stir Fry Flame broiled chicken thigh meat sautéed with Asian style vegetables then finished in a sweet sweet and zesty Szechuan sauce. Served with fresh bean sprouts and rice pilaf.

Special of the Month
Our hand tossed dough covered with a sweet and spicy teriyaki BBQ sauce, topped with flame braised pork, pineapple, mandarin oranges, red and green bell peppers, melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Garnished with fresh basil. 
A cinnamon sugar crust with chunks of rocky road cookie dough, chocolate chips, crushed walnuts and melted marshmallows. Finished with a chocolate glaze and powdered sugar.
