Bishop Michael C. Barber, S.J. will join community members from 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 29 for a Ceasefire Walk for Peace at St. Benedict Parish, 2246 82nd Avenue, Oakland. The event will begin with an ecumenical prayer service at St. Benedict, followed by an explanation about the Ceasefire effort, a walk to bring the message of love and hope and close with a prayer.
