What an eventful month it has been with Mannkal scholars returning from their conference adventures abroad!

The World Conference on Market Liberalisation in Bali was a hit! Caitlin Boccamazzo, one of 20 Mannkal attendees, stated, "I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to so many influential speeches on freedom and liberty, and also being able to network amongst fellow freedom fighters...this conference opened my mind to many interesting ideas and prominent issues that are circulating modern society." The Mannkal Foundation sponsored The Freedom to Choose conference at Notre Dame university. This conference explored a diverse scope of topics including the history of Christian, Jewish and Islamic engagement with economics.

In early July, Mannkal was pleased to hold an event with its friends in the Freedom and Prosperity club.
One of Australia's leading education intellectuals, Dr Kevin Donnelly provided a very informative discussion on 'How the Left intend to destroy Western Culture.'

Former Mannkal scholar, Luke McFayden has recently been appointed as the Chief Economist at South32, the new spin-off company from BHP.
Luke recently got in touch with the good news and told us that the Mannkal Foundation has been a major stepping stone towards his recent career success.
