Your gift to the Partnership Grantmaking program is strengthened by challenge grants. |
Generous Partners Support Bigger, Bolder 2013 Partnership Grants.
Supporters contributed more than $107,000 to be granted as matching grants from the 2013 Partnership Grantmaking program.
Thanks to these generous people and their belief in the Partnership Grantmaking program, the grant selection committee has its work cut out for them.
The selection committee poured over numerous letters of intent from regional nonprofits and asked ?? to submit full proposals for grants.
They will be making thier difficult decisions and the 2013 Partnership Grnat winners announced in early September. |

May Arboretum Society Grows an Endowment
| |
The May Arboretum Endowment will help care for the arboretum so your children's grandchildren can stroll under these trees. |
The May Arboretum Society and the Community Foundation signed an agreement in March, 2013 to create an endowment fund to provide financial support for the operations, staffing and maintenance of the May Arboretum.
The May Arboretum Fund will support the May Arboretum allowing it to become, over time, a self-contained entity and realize its potential of becoming a world class learning center, demonstration/trial garden and retreat for residents of the Truckee Meadows as well as visitors.
Every garden needs sun, water & nutrients to help it grow. Encouraging our May Arboretum to flourish requires something more - the generosity and support of friends. |
