 We represent Adult Protective Services (APS) agencies by:
  • Obtaining in-person access to victims for APS caseworkers
  • Freezing assets at risk of exploitation
  • Requiring agents to account for handling of funds
  • Obtaining consent for protective services
  • Appointing guardians for emergency action
  • Appointing guardians for future protection
  • Providing training to APS caseworkers
