Types of Businesses: Tier 1 suppliers of highly engineered and precision machined/molded parts, components and sub-assemblies.
 Annual Revenues: $15 million+
Gross Margins: 30%+
EBITDA Margins: 15%+
Customer Concentration: Top customer representing no more than 25% of revenue
Location: North America
