Your BBB Is Reaching Out On Social Media
 In 2015, your BBB is reaching out to businesses and consumers on Facebook and Twitter. We will be posting and tweeting our usual consumer and business tips, our news stories, as well as important information on scams, and timely news and business articles.

New Accredited Business Offerings for 2015!
This year, BBB serving Southeast Louisiana is offering many new features and opportunities for BBB Accredited Businesses to highlight their businesses. In addition to the current ability to update and enhance your BBB Business Review to include not only BBB information, but current details on your company, pictures, and video, which are available to all Accredited Businesses as part of their Accreditation fees, we have teamed up with longtime BBB partner and Accredited Business, Platypus Productions, to offer several new promotional opportunities.
For the first time in our market, businesses can sponsor video content within the BBB website, co-marketing your business name with consumer or business tips or information to BBB website visitors. We are also offering Accredited Businesses the ability to enhance their listing and position in the directory of Accredited Businesses in their type of business category. We are now able to offer other services like video production, website design, social media management, and more. You may be receiving a call from our designated representative Brett Timmins to take advantage of these new opportunities.

What's New at BBB: BBB Ratings Changes
As an Accredited Business, you know that your BBB Business Review is vital to helping consumers find your company. The BBB seal, your rating, and other information in the Business Review show the world your commitment to marketplace trust.
We've recently made a few changes to the rating algorithm, effective January 21. It's unlikely you will see a change in your company's rating, but we want you to know about it. This update to the ratings system reflects continued learning from BBB experience and input from consumers and businesses.
