BBB Video: ABC 20/20 on Door to Door Home Security Sales
ABC 20/20 investigates door to door home security sales. 20/20 looked into several home security companies some of which claimed to be "BBB Accredited"; however when 20/20 contacted BBB serving Utah, that company had an "F" rating with BBB and so did many others in the Utah area. Recordings of trainings obtained by 20/20 showed some surprising techniques being used.
