It's Time
To Get Off The Hamster Wheel!
Just being in motion will never get you to your Big. To do that, you need to be sure you're doing the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons.
This seven-step system clarifies the activities that are mission-critical to your success. It then walks you through a process for creating step-by-step action plans to implement those key activities.
The result? You get off the hamster wheel of motion-without-progress and get on a more direct route to more clients and more money.
Forget about being busy; start getting focused by downloading your no-charge PDF version of the Take Action Now System (tm) today. |

Greetings!
How many times have you heard somebody complain about how this, that, or the other thing wasn't working out, how they just weren't getting the results they wanted? How many times have you done this?
Whiny children are pretty obnoxious, but they can't compare to whiny adults. We've all fallen prey to this behavior at one point or another, and it doesn't matter whether we're talking about a personal or professional situation.
The challenge is to recognize this behavior in ourselves and call ourselves on it. If I'm unhappy about carrying 20 pounds more than I'd like, I have a couple of choices: stop going to ColdStone Creamery for ice cream every day, or just admit that I'm not willing to do what it takes to lose the extra weight.
Likewise, if you're not getting the great clients and the big revenues that you want, you get to determine what's not working and then decide if you're going to do something productive about it.
Entrepreneurs who get mediocre results typically decide they'd rather be comfortable. Those who kick serious business butt roll up their sleeves and do something about what's not working.
If you have a sneaking suspicion that there's a little whiner inside you, use the following tools to change things around.

Tip of the Week
It's much easier to act yourself into a certain way of feeling than to feel your way into a certain way of acting.
This applies to virtually any aspect of life or business. If you wait until you feel skilled/confident/educated/experienced enough to act, you're likely to be waiting a long time for any kind of positive results.
Many thanks to Joe DePalma and Dr. Rob Gilbert for this powerful reminder.

A Really Good Resource
Okay, I'm just warning you that I'm about to introduce you to a potential black hole. Joe DePalma is the founder of Ready, Set, Rise, a website with an amazing amount of information about claiming your personal power and playing your biggest game. The sheer number of resources available is what makes it easy to get lost in it. Whether you're looking for inspiration, action tools, or both, you're likely to find it here. If you find yourself complaining about how your results stink - but you're not acting to improve them - here's one action step you can take today.

How's This for Success?

My eldest sister, Pat, is amazing. She's a gifted therapist, is devoted to personal growth, has enough energy for 10 Energizer Bunnies, and has a real talent for being a friend as well as a sister.
Recently, Pat started complaining and fretting a bit about getting "forgetful". (I figured that her mental hard drive was just getting a bit full.) Her daughter and I both suggested she check out the brain-training tool called Lumosity.
So Pat signed up for the program and is playing the games (i.e., doing the mental exercises) almost every day. She could have opted to just keep fretting and whining about her mental performance, but she chose to do something about it, instead. Now she's able to track her steadily increasing mental acuity and feel good about having taken action to improve her results.
Are you ready to act to get better results in your life?

Thanks to my friend Flickr.
Here are this week's heroes who graciously allowed me to use their images, posted in the Creative Commons area of Flickr, in this issue of Stepping Into Big:
