To Get Off The Hamster Wheel!

Just being in motion will never get you to your Big. To do that, you need to be sure you're doing the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons.

Enter the Take Action Now System (tm).

With this five-step system, you'll clarify the activities that are mission-critical to your success. You'll then be walked through a process for creating step-by-step action plans to implement those key activities.

The result? You get off the hamster wheel of motion-without-progress and get on a more direct route to more clients and more money.

Forget about being busy; start getting focused by downloading your no-charge PDF version of the Take Action Now System (tm) today.

I've heard it said more than once: The only production in which you have a starring role is your own life.  To everyone else you encounter, you're just a bit player in their life productions.

I suspect each of us has some little kid inside us saying, "But I wanna be the star all the time!" While that may be how you feel, if you try acting on that feeling, your business will be in a world of hurt.

When you're providing a service to others, the only thing your clients care about is how you'll make their lives better.  They don't care that you just survived moving from out of state, that your spouse may be losing his/her job, that you broke your arm and can't use your dominant hand...

No. It's all about them.

If you find yourself trying to steal the spotlight from your clients and prospects, use the following tools to manage the production better so that everybody wins - regardless of who's got the leading role.

Tip of the Week
Constantly fine-tune your reception of station WIIFT.

This is probably one of the longest-lived mini-parables in business today - and for good reason.

"WIIFT" stands for "What's In It For Them?", "them" being your prospects and clients.

To compellingly answer this question, you have to dig past the easy, facile responses to get at answers that will address the pain they feel deep in their guts.

So you're highly credentialed in your field and have half a dozen certifications.  They don't care about that!  What they care about is that those credentials and certifications make it far more likely that you'll avoid making stupid, novice mistakes when you work on their project, which means they'll feel like they invested their money well, which means they'll feel good about themselves and they'll probably be able to feel even better when your work helps them produce the results they want.

How will you solve their pain and calm their fears?  That's all they really care about.
A Really Good Resource

Once you're clear on how your problem-solving is the answer to your prospects' prayers, you get to figure out how to deliver on that in a powerful way.

Brendon Burchard, author of The Millionaire Messenger: Make a Difference and a Fortune Sharing Your Advice will walk you, step by step, through a process for packaging your expertise in a way that clearly demonstrates its value and lets your prospects know that what's in it for them is just what they need.
How's This for Success?

Cari Vollmer, founder of Passion Into Profit, knew what her ideal clients wanted at a deep gut level: to do work they're passionate about and thus earn excellent money by making a difference in their clients' lives.

Once Cari was clear on what her ideal client wanted and how she could provide that, she went about building a business that would allow her to financially thrive while being of great service to people she loves working with.  I don't think it gets much better than that.

The Bottom Line

So, since we're talking about addressing some very bottom-line issues, you may be wondering...why should you care about what I do?

The answer is pretty straightforward.  As an ideas-to-action consultant and coach, I'll ensure that you:
  • stop getting beaten up from bouncing from one undone task to another, like an out-of-control billiard ball
  • are able to breathe again once you dig out from piles of undone stuff
  • leave behind the guess work about what makes sense to do next
  • approach your To Do list with confidence
  • release the tension in your shoulders and your gut, knowing you have step-by-step action plans to follow to get you to your goals

If that sounds like something that's long overdue, call or e-mail me to set up a let's-see-what-we-see, get-acquainted call.

Wishing you joy on your journey into Big...
