CFDA Bylaws provide that nominations, in addition to those above, may be made in the following manner:
"By written petition of at least ten (10) persons entitled to vote for nominees in the petition. Such nominations shall be submitted to the Secretary in writing at least sixty-five (65) days prior to the said Annual Meeting."
The CFDA office must receive any additional nominations made under this provision of the bylaws no later than April 20, 2013.
Final Ballots will be mailed on April 25, 2013.
This is not a ballot. This is the slate of nominees for your review, and if you would like to nominate someone please do so no later than April 20th, 2013.
