Now that the Referendum is over, and the will of the Scottish people has been made known, it's time to move on together. The SPAA took a neutral position on the vote, but that doesn't mean we have not been working hard on preparing for either outcome. In recent months, we've held one to one meetings with the spokespeople on travel of the four main parties at Holyrood, on travel-related issues. Now we want to see what powers Westminster devolves to the Scottish Parliament. SPAA Members can rest assured we will continue our lobbying on behalf of Scotland's travel sector and travellers - at Holyrood and Westminster, and not least not least on APD - as energetically and pragmatically as we always have.
