A Compilation of Community News You Can Use

April 1, 2014

Happy April!

My husband and I at the summit of Emory Pass
(very similar to summiting Rist Canyon).

I'm back from my bike trek through southwest New Mexico. I loved getting up every morning and knowing the only thing I had to do all day for sevens days was pedal. Pure bliss! Check my personal blog soon for a semi-detailed account of the adventure. I'd have it finished, but this issue of the NEWS is taking me longer than expected.

That said, check out all the spring events! The weekend of April 26-27 is especially busy with several local activities to enjoy (and I know this is a partial listing). There also are a couple of events coming up where you can fill a plate with good food for good causes. I also am happy to list several jobs for readers who are searching for one or know someone who is.

Thank you for your loyal readership and let me know if I can include any news from your organization in an upcoming issue.

In health,
