It's hard to believe that our regular golf league season is ending, but the days are getting shorter already. Happily, Brenda Gunnerson has once again made it possible for us to have a Winter League at the beautiful Woodlands Panther Trail course. Play starts Saturday, November 3. The EWGA YEAR-END Party is on Friday, November 2, at Salt Grass Steakhouse at 1803 Shepherd.  The fun will start at 6 p.m.   We'll have appetizers and soft drinks and a cash bar for cocktails.  Afterward, if you want to order dinner on an individual basis, that's great. We'll present some awards and fun door prizes. This is a way to meet so many of you who have made this such a great year for the chapter.  

Our Annual Kickoff party will be on Saturday, March 16, 2013, once again at The Houstonian.  We're hoping to have some great "big ticket" items for our live auction, plus some very special items for the silent auction.  There are nearly 200 members in Houston, so if we all get started now, think what great items we can have by March!  

I would also like to thank Champion Energy Services, who has been with us all year long.   Rebecca Bridges, the EWGA member who represents Champion Energy, has enthusiastically supported our efforts.
