Empowering Girls for a Lifetime
of Healthy Living
The More, the Merrier!

This season is one for the record books! We are excited to announce that we have more than 3700 girls registered for this Spring 2014 season, making this the largest turnout in GOTR-STL history. With 23 new sites and a total of 173 total sites, we are ready to giddy up and go forward this season!

GOTR-STL is eager to have additional girls experiencing the program. This means, more girls will learn lessons that include independent thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. The culmination of these lessons allows GOTR-STL the ability to empower girls for a lifetime of healthy living.

Thank you to the 1100 volunteer coaches for helping us support our largest season yet! We could not run without all of you.

Summit Highlights and Honoring GOTR Founder
In January, GOTR-STL staff, Maggie Siemer, Operations Director and Renee Parks, Program Director had the privilege of attending the 2014 GOTR Summit in San Antonio, TX along with 345 other attendees representing 139 GOTR councils across North America. Sessions covered a range of professional competencies, including board development, fundraising, social media tools, volunteer engagement and brand marketing.
