PURPOSE:

        The purpose of the Distinctive Member Sponsorship Program is to eliminate the repetitive solicitation of funds necessary to carry out the majority of special events and programs we have throughout the year by contacting a sponsor ONLY ONCE. The year 2014 promises to be one of progress, change and opportunity for you - our members, as we prepare to do business in the coming year. The Distinctive Members Sponsorship Program has been designed to provide your Chamber of Commerce with the funding necessary to support the numerous programs and events that make a difference in the life of our business community.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES:

• To provide our members detailed information on sponsorship and exposure opportunities for your budget planning process.
• To generate foundation funding for the Chamber's 2014 programming without multiple requests for funding.
• To provide Chamber members an opportunity to expand their involvement and increase their exposure.
• To provide added value for member investments.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Our 2014 programs and events promise to be innovative and exciting. In addition to offering you exceptional opportunities to showcase your business, the Chamber provides an economical way for you to invest in the future of our area's expanding economy. Designed to fit any budget, the Distinctive Member Sponsorship Program is broken down into six great promotional opportunities (PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, INDIVIDUAL and PRESENTING SPONSOR). The Distinctive Member Sponsorship Program is an annual investment and is tax deductible as a business expense. This sponsorship program is over and above your current membership investment in the Chamber and excludes any door prize opportunities.

NOTE: The intention of the benefits is to provide ample opportunities for member participation. If you are unable to attend any of the functions, you may give tickets as a gift to your clients, please notify us in writing so that the Chamber can accurately maintain participant lists.

Sponsorships are non refundable, receiving all benefits is dependent upon receiving a sponsorship agreement. To receive full benefits of your 2014 sponsorship, we ask that all signed agreements be in by December 20, 2013. Payment is due in January 2014 and past due February 1, 2014.
