Academic Achievement Awards
The Chamber and the Lincoln County Board of Education held the 34th Annual Academic Achievement Awards on May 21, 2013 at the James W. Warren Citizens Center. The banquet recognizes the top 10 students from each of the county high schools. Guest speaker for the event was District Court Judge Meredith Shuford.
Several scholarships are awarded at the banquet each year. Pictured above are the four winners of the Chamber's $1000.00 scholarships. Heavenly Paws Grooming
The Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce conducted a Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting for the new location of Heavenly Paws Grooming. Heavenly Paws Grooming is owned by Betty Day and is now located at 152 Vandiver Drive, Lincolnton, NC.
Participating in the ribbon cutting ceremony included Mayor John Gilleland, City of Lincolnton, Melisa Harrison, 2013 Chamber Chair of the Board, and Eddie Sigmon, Chamber Ambassadors' Committee Chair. |

The Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce and Carl Katterson, owner of East Main Street Artisans, celebrated the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of his new store located in downtown Lincolnton, NC. Joining the celebration were fellow Chamber members.
