Campaign TIP of the Week

Communication and opportunity are the keys to a successful campaign. The vast majority of people want to help and want to give. That pledge form may be waiting in a 'to do' stack of papers, maybe an employee was out the day of your kickoff, and a certain percent of us (guilty myself) wait until the last minute.

$3 Million is a large amount and will make a significant difference in people's lives.

We all want to live in a community that champions its people, these are a few of the reasons the momentum must continue to reach the community goal of $4 Million.

We all want to live in a world where......

  • All children start school ready to learn and stay in school
  • Families are financially stable
  • Seniors have the resources to remain safe and healthy at home
  • Disability does not stop someone from being actively part of the community
  • People have access to appropriate healthcare
  • Everyone has a place to call home
  • And not one child ever goes to bed hungry

A pledge to United Way provides a ladder for people to help themselves and a safety net in case of a crisis.

Please let your support team at United Way know if you need anything. We are here to help - rd@uwolmsted.org or 507-287-2000!
