Mail: Complete the form and mail to:1700 9th Ave. N. Texas City, TX 77590; Attn: LM Pre-registration 4. In-person: TCISD Administrators will be available from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at La Marque High School on Thursdays, Feb. 4, Feb. 11, Feb. 18 and Feb. 25 to answer questions and receive the pre-registration cards. Additional blank forms are available at each LMISD campus. Thank you for your help in preparing for a successful school year for our students in 2016-17!
