PANZ

Peter Mazza opened his new restaurant called Panz, at 614 W. Diversey on Friday, April 29th. The eatery has one thing on the menu: panzerotti, which is an Italian turnover similar to a calzone but smaller, braided along the edge and sometimes fried. This business is family owned and operated and the recipes come from Peter's 95 year old grandmother. We held a ribbon cutting ceremony for them and enjoyed delicious panerottis. Head on over to try out a truly local restaurant.
