Will Rogers & American Politics

November 4th was not only election day, but it was also Will Rogers' birthday. Get your kids at home or your students excited about politics through the story of Will Rogers. He started out a poor Cherokee kid that was born when Native Americans didn't have the right to vote. Using talent and determination he was able to get to the point where he could sway political action through satire and humor.

With November 11 being Veterans Day, we thought we would share two titles of ours that feature Native American veterans.
