Men's Health Night
Get Back in the Game!
This is your challenge: get out and do a
fun sport or game and do something good for yourself!
We welcome you to join us at Saint Elizabeth for a free event that invites men to learn about exercise, grilling, golf techniques and health tips all with a focus on fun. Get inspired and back in the game with healthy eating habits.
To celebrate Men's Health Week, Saint Elizabeth is hosting a Men's Health Night on Monday, June 16. The goal is to empower men to make their health a priority and encourage them to take steps to improve their physical and mental health.
Join us anytime between 5:30 - 6:45 p.m., and choose between several activities, such as a healthy grilling demonstration that includes sampling and exercise tips from fitness experts from the YMCA. Health care providers from the community will also be available to answer health questions from guests. In addition, you can learn how to improve your golf swing.
After the activities, a light dinner will be served followed by a short program. Dr. Robert Rhodes, family physician, will be the emcee for the evening, and the UNL Huskers Defensive Coordinator Coach Papuchis will share some motivational messages with us. Followed by Dr. Reggie Thomas, gastroenterologist and Dr. Sagar Damle thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon presenting information about how men can keep their heart, lungs and GI system on track.
The event will be held in the lower level of Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, Wednesday, June 16 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. and it's free.
Registration is required. Please
