Moving Right Along...

In the great scheme of things we thought that Summer would be a good time to remodel our showroom. So, we're right in the middle of the renovation and also in the middle of the busiest "slow season" we've ever had!

So much for planning!

I'm definitely not complaining and we truly appreciate the confidence that our clients have shown us.

Take a look at some of the photos of the remodel (on right) and we hope you'll come in and see our new showroom in person!

Sincerely,

 Pete Coccaro

Featured Pool

Typical of most Courtyard homes, one side of the pool area usually has a privacy wall that is a perfect spot for a water feature.

This pool is featured at the Belize model (built by FM Contracting Services) at Coral Caye in Placida.

The addition of the arched tile wall surrounding the three fountain heads creates a unique focal point that sets off the fountain and spillway.

No matter the size or shape of your area, Nautilus Pools can create a swimming pool that goes beyond anything you have ever imagined. Give us a call to make an appointment so we can start designing the pool of your dreams

DIY Ideas...

Container Gardening

It's easy to add a bit of color to your yard, lanai or entryway without a lot of work or upkeep by adding some container plantings. You could even add a colorful pot within the landscape to create an interesting focal point. Whether the vessel is at ground level or placed on a pedestal, it is sure to attract attention. Keeping it lush and flowering is not difficult. The Home Depot Garden Club has some simple tips that will help you create your own container plantings. They discuss:

1. Focal Point

2. Color

3. Texture

4. Balance

5. Proportion

For all the info, go to Five Keys to Container Design on the Home Depot Garden Club site.

Remodeling Our Showroom

The door & window on the far wall
were closed in.

Now, more wall space for samples and photos!

Our reception area was outfitted with new cabinets and resurfaced desk. Just waiting for the granite top!

A larger table that matches the new reception desk will make it more comfortable to meet with clients.
New chairs are on order, too!
The new carpet has been installed and painting is almost finished.

Thank you Lori Irons (Home Showcase Interiors) for all your help!

The Newest
In-Floor Cleaning System!

A pool that's always swim ready!

The Paramount PCC2000 is an in-floor, pop up cleaning system that is engineered specifically for each individual pool at the time the pool is being designed and installed as the pool is built.
It not only cleans the pool, but while the pool pump is running it evenly circulates chemicals and water for better heat disbursement. No more poorly circulated algae-prone areas or cold spots - all for more comfortable swimming!
No hoses, no robots! Just a great pop-up in-floor system that automatically cleans walls, floors, steps, benches and even spas!

Visit the Paramount website for some great videos that shows the PCC200 at work.

Give us a call, we'd love to show you how we can design this system into the plans for your new pool!
