I Don't Want to Beat a Dead Horse, but...

Is it cold enough for you?

No matter how cold we are here in Charlotte County, it's nothing compared to our friends and relatives who live in the North. Actually, even some of the southern states have been hit with frost and snow this winter.

Even on a cooler day, you can enjoy your pool if you have a heater installed. Give us a call and let us show you how you can use your pool all year round.

In the meantime...keep warm!

Sincerely,

 Pete Coccaro

Homeowner Tip

Treat your lanai as another room.

Bring the inside out...

Just by adding an outdoor area rug you can change the feeling of your lanai sitting area.

Divide your lanai into sections...one for sitting and another for eating. Place the table and chairs to one side (closer to the kitchen is best) and then group a loveseat, coffee table and two or more chairs in another area.

To link the "living room" grouping place an outdoor area rug under the furniture, making sure that at least the front feet of the chairs & sofa sit on the edges of the rug.

Coordinate the colors and style of the rug to the cushions and the colors/style of your interior rooms. Don't be afraid to add a little pizzazz to the lanai by selecting a pattern or color that is a step or two up from your normal selections. After all the lanai is a fun place to be!
