 Greetings!

One of things that keeps a business fresh and interesting is keeping up with new technology. It's been about a year since we started designing with a CAD program (computer assisted design) and to be perfectly candid...after years of hand drawing, I wasn't sure how that was going to work. Having become fairly proficient at the drafting element we've now updated our software again!
This new addition is really for the "behind the scenes" business administration. It allows us the capability to manage an unlimited number of customers' information - which is essential in keeping everyone well informed - and have better scheduling capabilities. We're now also able to email invoices, add pictures or plans of the clients' pools to their account, attach a map right to the clients' file (which adds to our efficiency)...and all of this is available at each of our workstations - which allows for less "hold" times - no waiting for one person to upload info so someone else can access the information.
All in all, it's proving to be a great way to manage our business. We hope that you'll enjoy the benefits of this modernization and if you have any comments about how it's working, we'd love to hear from you.
We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

Sincerely,
 Pete Coccaro

Cool DIY ProjectsA very popular look for outdoor space is to create a cozy "room" that is still part of the pool area, but made to feel separate. On a lanai that opens to the pool this can be accomplished in a variety of ways. If you locate your seating area to one side of the lanai installing draperies at the corners can create a sense of intimacy. Or you can even add railings to cordon off the area. If these are beyond your DIY capabilities try adding an outdoor area rug. Our local home centers have many choices in a variety of sizes and colors. The key to any good outdoor makeover is to make sure the products you're using are for exterior use.

Once you've created your new room, don't forget to decorate with hanging or floor plants, new bright patterned cushions and some table lamps for great night time ambiance.

  ANOTHER HAPPY CLIENT
Pete, I wanted to tell you how happy Pam and I are with the "pool remodel" Nautilus did for us. Your bid was very competitive and the work you did exceeded our expectations. It was refreshing to see work crews show up on time and actually WORK HARD!! You don't see that too often anymore. We would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks again,  Jay Fredrickson
