Catholic Foundation Sunday to Give the Catholic Community an Opportunity to See Donor Impact
|
Catholic Foundation Sunday, November 15 - 16, is a weekend to recognize the Foundation and its family of donors whose charitable giving have impacted the Catholic community in Dallas. Bishop Kevin J. Farrell has endorsed this day of recognition at all parishes in the Diocese of Dallas.
"The Foundation has been an enduring, permanent source of funding throughout the Diocese and is providing a legacy for the Catholic Church throughout North Texas," said Bishop Farrell.
The Foundation does not raise money and will not take up a collection at parishes. Representatives of The Catholic Foundation will be speaking at various mass times at ten parishes in the Diocese. Additional information about the history of charitable giving at the Foundation and how individuals and families can utilize the Foundation as their giving vehicle will be available in all parish bulletins as well.
