Dear Fellow Club Members,
As per our By-Laws a Nominating Committee was formed to determine a slate of candidates to be the Officers and Board members of our club for 2013. Their report was presented to the Board at the monthly meeting on November 14. This past Wednesday this slate was presented to the membership in attendance and nominations from the floor were accepted at that time. Below are those running for each position. We will have an election by ballot at our regular meeting on December 5 and in order to vote you need to be present then. All individual members in good standing are eligible to vote. If you have a Business Membership, and it is in good standing, the primary member, but not the alternate, is eligible to vote. Each eligible voter will be presented with a ballot upon check in at the meeting. Ballots will be collected at an appropriate time during the meeting and then counted with the results of the election reported to the membership prior to the end of the meeting.
