Savour the Journey, a celebration of the things we love about life is rapidly approaching. We are excited, once again, to bring together our friends and neighbors in support of Arbor Hospice.
Last year, more than 300 guests gathered to celebrate at The Arbor Hospice Foundation's Savour the Journey. Guests enjoyed wonderful music, dancing and a live auction as they savored fabulous wine and a spectacular strolling supper.
With new surprises and more of the food, music and excitement you loved, Savour the Journey will be bigger and better this year.
For more information, please visit our website.
We are delighted to introduce several of the fabulous restaurants, and incredible sponsors who will make Savour the Journey 2012 another amazing event. |

The UPS Foundation Sponsors
Savour the Journey
The UPS Foundation is responsible for facilitating community involvement to local, national and global communities. By design, much of The UPS Foundation's philanthropy is driven locally. UPS operating units identify needs in their communities, find suitable charitable organizations to support and then recommend those organizations for grants.
The Arbor Hospice Foundation is extremely thankful to be part of The UPS Foundation's philanthropic
efforts.
"We are so grateful to all the individual donors, corporate sponsors and volunteers who help make Savour the Journey possible," said Heidi Grix, Executive Director of The Arbor Hospice Foundation. "Our supporters make it possible for Arbor Hospice to provide the highest quality hospice care for adults and children, and community grief support services to children and families."

The Moveable Feast Catering Excited to be Part of Savour the Journey
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Daniel Huntsbarger has been in the restaurant industry for more than 35 years, providing exceptional food and service. The Moveable Feast Catering, owned and operated by Daniel and his wife Carol, will once again be providing fabulous creations at Savour the Journey.
"I'm excited to be part of Savour the Journey again this year," said Daniel. "I think this is a great cause and last year went so well."
The Moveable Feast Catering is a full-service catering company, custom-made for each client, based on budget, tastes and overall goal. For every event, The Moveable Feast Catering team makes exceeding the client's food and service expectations a top priority. During the last 16 years, The Moveable Feast Catering has also worked with local fundraising organizations to raise over $1 million in support.
"I know many of the people attending Savour the Journey," Daniel said. "So I'm excited to see them and help support Arbor Hospice." |
Bank of Ann Arbor Maintains Commitment to the Community With Sponsorship
Bank of Ann Arbor has a strong commitment to the community, and Arbor Hospice is fortunate to benefit from their generosity.
"Bank of Ann Arbor is pleased to continue our support of Arbor Hospice, and to once again be a sponsor of Savour the Journey," said Cindy Livesay, First Vice President at Bank of Ann Arbor. "Supporting non-profits with contributions and employee talent is core to our mission as a community bank. We know that Arbor Hospice is an essential community resource for individuals and families experiencing the end-of-life journey."
In addition to
sponsoring Savour the
Journey, Bank of Ann
Arbor is a corporate
supporter of Arbor
Hospice, making certain that uninsured people who are in need of hospice services may receive them, regardless of their ability to pay. Cindy is also generous enough to give her time, serving on the Arbor Hospice Board of Directors.
At The Arbor Hospice Foundation, we know that Arbor Hospice cannot deliver services to those in need without a tremendous amount of community leadership, like that provided by Bank of Ann Arbor. |
