2012 PMIEF Kerzner Award Recipient: Integrating Project Management into Health Care Strategy |
In 2010, the government of Ontario, Canada enacted the Excellent Care for All Act, which set out to create new standards and ensure high-quality health care for its citizens.
As a senior project management consultant for the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Jennifer Quaglietta, BASc, MBA, PMP, took on the challenge of creating a unified and adoptable methodology to implement the new standards in this fast-paced, politically-driven environment. Jennifer's success in this role earned her recognition as PMIEF's 2012 Kerzner Award recipient.
