2012 Polyhouse Covering Technique at Pride's Corners

Incentive Driven Tasks       

 

Group incentives play a big role in the task of covering polyhouses at Prides Corner Farms in Lebanon, CT. This is a  job that takes 6 weeks and 60 miles of plastic!  Click on the image at left to witness the skills and motivation of the covering crew.  Showing that group incentives and quality can work together, this video was taken 12 days before hurricane Sandy hit the northeast in the fall of 2012.  Prides Corner Farms lost only 4 houses.
