IPPS Eastern Region Foundation Re-energized!
A message from Paul Cappiello, Executive Director

As many of you may know, we allowed the Foundation to sit idle for a few years as the economy limped back to its present partially-recovered situation. But the Foundation Board decided at its last meeting that it is high time to wind up the fundraising machine to insure that we emerge from the recent economic doldrums with a bold plan for the future - a plan to fund important scientific research projects and scholarships within our industry. Naming a $15,000 honorary fund for Dr. Elwin Orton as a way to kick off the Foundation's re-emergence was simply a no brainer.  More on this fund...

Several of your fellow IPPS-ER members have already stepped up to the plate with generous donations and pledges and I hope you'll do the same. All gifts large and small will be important to move this effort forward, so if you've had a great year, make a big gift. If the recovery hasn't quite hit you yet, make it a more modest gift. Either way, let's get to work and smash our $15,000 goal in honor of one our very own superstars! CLICK HERE to donate!  And remember . . . Foundation donations are fully tax deductible for donors with U.S. income.
