Come enjoy great food & shopping this Saturday!
September Saturday Market & Swap Meet: Food Fest!
Be sure to bring your appetites to the Saturday Market and Swap Meet being held this Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
This month's theme is all about food, and along with our regular line-up of talented crafters, there will be vendors with gourmet baked goods and products. The church will have its own food booth spearheaded by the ECW. Vic Punua, Jr will be sharing his culinary skills cooking up some onolicious fare, and there will be lots of other goodies! Funds raised will benefit the KeAkua Youth Group.
David Murray and Bill Brown will be handling the E-Waste collection during the Caldwelll's absence, so bring your unwanted electronics down too!
So get ready to indulge in some great food, find some wonderful items or a bargain or two, and then relax with an incredible step massage under the cool shade of the tree deck!
Space is still available for vendors wishing to participate! Food theme vendors participate for free this month! To register as a single month vendor or theme vendor, click HERE. For those wishing to sign up for our discounted 6 & 12 month programs, visit our webpage and download the information and forms HERE. To view and download the full-size version of the flyer, click on the image or scroll down to the bottom of this e-mail.

Sunday School Program Year Begins this Sunday!
Nursery Attendants Added
Volunteers needed - No experience necessary!
Fun Summer Sundays, the children's program held during the summer, has ended and the regular Sunday school year will commence this Sunday, September 13, during the 9:30 AM service.
NURSERY NEWS: We are pleased to announce that there will now be nursery attendants available so that parents have the option to drop off their toddlers or remain with their child in the nursery. Audio of the entire service will continue to be broadcast in that room.
SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS: We are also delighted to share that Janece Yatsko, Grace Yatsko and Kristi Moises have volunteered to run the Sunday school program. After over 30 years of combined Sunday school ministry, Sybil Nishioka and Dianne Tabura will be "semi-retiring", and helping on an as needed basis. Sybil will continue to train volunteers and support the program over the next month. We are grateful to all the volunteers for their commitment and support of our youngest members.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: To assist our program leaders, we are in need of volunteers to help in each of the three areas: Nursery (PreK & under), grades K-2, and grades 3-5. Volunteers can choose to participate regularly or on a rotation/on-call basis. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! If you like working with children and would like to nurture their faith and knowledge of Jesus and the Bible, please consider joining this wonderful ministry! A sign-up sheet will be available at the church entrance table, or e-mail Sybil.

Celebrating Our Holy Sovereigns
All Saints' has been celebrating our Holy Sovereigns, King Kamehameha IV & Queen Emma, for the past several years during the month of October. Although the actual feast day is in November, it has become a tradition at All Saints' to hold it on the second Sunday of October, and this year it will be on October 11. Save the date and be sure to attend this beautiful service and reception afterwards. |

Cooling Off!
The children at All Saints' Preschool got to beat the heat this past week with their annual end of summer bash! Sprinklers, kiddie pools, bubbles, shaving cream and paint stations filled the courtyard and made for a super fun day! (Photo by Ryan Newman) |
