The second ASIS Futsal Tournament is here!
 
Thank you to all that have registered. Final tournament times and instructions are shown below. Please be sure that all members of your team are informed of the new times:
  • U10 Only - 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
  • U12 Only - 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • U14 & U17 - 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM
  • Adult - 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Because of the number of U10 & U12 teams, we have decided to separate the age groups. Coaches and team captains should plan to arrive a half-hour before the start of your tournament to check your team in. Teams not checked in within 10 minutes of the start of their assigned tournament time may be scratched.

CHECK-IN & FORMS: A check-in tent will be set up outside of the gym next to the food booth. Each player must complete the Registration/Waiver form and turn it in before playing. Forms can be downloaded through the links below, or blank forms will be available at the check-in booth although a parent/guardian signature is required for minors (under 18).

REPORTING FOR YOUR GAME:  Be sure to listen for the announcement of your team's game and report to the gym when called. Your team could be scratched and forfeit a game if you do not show up in a timely manner.

TEAM ROSTER: The maximum number of teams in each age group is 8. U10 & U12 are filled and closed. The latest team roster can be viewed by clicking on the link below. Teams showing in red have not reconfirmed. Names can be corrected at check-in. If there are any other discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible.  

TOURNAMENT GAME PLAY: Depending on the number of teams in each age group, games will be played either double elimination or Round Robin. Length and format of each game will also depend on the final number of teams entered in any age group, and may result in straight play time (and not halves), and/or goal limitations.  Click on the link below to view the Tournament Play Options for your age group. This supersedes the ASIS Futsal Rules. 

UNIFORMS: If at all possible, teams should wear the same color shirt. It doesn't have to have the same design, just the same color. No numbers are required although preferable. This supersedes the ASIS Futsal rules.

REFEREES: We are in need of a couple more referees. All officials will receive a free meal coupon from our food booth and access to a refreshment area. If you are willing and available, please contact us. We especially need referees for the adult games. A link to the rules are shown below, making note of changes contained in this email that supersede some rules.

LATE REGISTRATION: Registration for U10 & U12 is closed. There is still room in the U14, U17 and Adult age groups. To register, click below, or, if there is room, you can sign-up at the check-in booth at least a half-hour before the start of your age group's tournament. Please have all required forms. No new teams will be accepted 10 minutes before start time.
