AWAKE! Diocesan Youth Retreat on O'ahu
AWAKE!, the Diocesan Youth Retreat held in Honolulu last week, was a brand new experience for members (young and old) from All Saints'. Four members of the KeAkua Youth Group, Alanna Bauman, Mason Tabura, Cassidy Yatsko and Grace Yatsko, along with Fr. Ryan and Sybil Nishioka, joined 17 other youth and adults from around the Diocese on O'ahu. Thousands of people of all denominations gathered together for 2-1/2 days of praise and worship, workshops, a concert, and lots of fellowship! Be sure to read about this event in the upcoming issue of the diocesan E-Chronicle, coming out this Friday, and view photos on the diocesan website HERE

ONGOING REMINDERS:
Reminder: Annual Easter Art Project

It's that time of year to get the creative juices flowing and to begin working on our new art project for the church walls that will be unveiled on Easter. This year's theme will focus on the environment and we are asking interested members to create a cross or cross picture with recycled materials. It can also include green waste and things found on the beach.

It is hoped that the whole process of creating your piece will be a spiritual journey, from the prayerful gathering of your materials to the design, and finally its assembly. If possible, we would like to have a brief description about the creation of your piece and the inspiration behind it.

Please keep in mind that these pictures or items will need to be hung on the walls with limited space, so it should be no wider than 16". Please also include a hanger or hooks on it so that it can be easily hung. Deadline for submission is Sunday, April 13.

Last year's pictures that have been taken down for Lent are in the church office, so owners can come and claim them there.
