Preparing for EYE'14
Support the Youth in our Diocese
The Triennial Episcopal Youth Event (EYE'14) is coming up July 9 - 14, 2014, and congregations will be scrambling to raise funds to send their youth to the biggest youth event of The Episcopal Church. Only 24 high school youth from each Diocese will be selected to attend EYE'14 that brings over 1000 youth and adult youth leaders together to worship, fellowship and perform mission work.

The Diocese of Hawai'i has made available a uniquely Hawaiian Episcopal t-shirt that will raise money to help the Hawai'i delegation with some of its expenses. The shirts are being offered for a limited time (only 18 days left) at a cost of only $15!

All Saints' is hoping to send several youth from its congregation, especially with one of its own on the Planning Team. Casey Nakamura just returned from a meeting in San Diego, and an update of her experience will be posted on the Diocesan website soon.

In the meantime, show your support by purchasing a T-shirt that contains a listing of all the Episcopal Churches in Hawai'i on the back. To order yours today, click HERE.

Registration Now Open for Christmas at Camp!
Attention All Middle Schoolers! This one's for YOU!
Registration is now open for the newest Diocesan youth tradition, Christmas at Camp!  Join other youth in the Episcopal Diocese of Hawaii for a middle-school only event during the actual Christmas season. Don't put away your decorations or holiday spirit yet, as we gather together for a powerful but fun-filled weekend at the lodge at Camp Mokule'ia. We will spend the weekend talking about our lives, about God, and about the struggles of being a middle-schooler in today's society.  We will worship together, explore our faith through art, and build a foundation for a strong relationship with each other and God.

Cost for this event is $50 for the entire weekend, and travel scholarships are available for Neighbor Island youth. Space is limited to 30 participants! For more information and to register, visit the event webpage HERE. If you have any questions, see your youth leader or priest, or contact Sarah Klitzke, Diocesan Youth Director, at (808) 536-7776 ext 309.
