Carriers Postpone GRI

Industry sources are reporting the GRI originally scheduled to take effect April 1, has now been postponed to April 7, 2013. This pertains to all carriers with the exception of China Shipping (CSCL) which will administer a full GRI $500/1000/1000 on the proposed date April 1, 2013.
