NJ Marine Terminals Experiencing Delays

Liberty has received notification from the Port Authority of NY & NJ that NJ Marine Terminals are experiencing delays due to "weather related events" and heavier than normal volume. Liberty's operations divisions are working to expedite freight movement through the port and to mitigate delays on all shipments at this time.

Carriers to Impose Port Congestion Fee

Carriers are set to impose a Port Congestion Fee should the ILA strike take effect on December 29, 2012. The proposed fee will be applied at $800/20', $1000/40' and $1125/HQ.
