Parent Teacher Meetings

Monday, October 22nd  5pm - 8pm

Parents are encouraged to come meet with the teachers.  Meetings will be first come, first served in each of the teacher's classrooms and they will be kept to 10 minutes each.  If you need more than 10 minutes then you should schedule an appointment for another day.  We will also have our last Varsity volleyball game of the season on Monday night.  Mr. Wickson will be coaching this game and he will also be involved in the Junior High game at 5pm.  Parents that wish to meet with him should contact him to arrange an appointment.  He will be in his room after the games also.  Concessions will be available for purchase in the gym during the games.

Basketball Coaches

 We are looking for a couple of volunteers to help coach our Girls Varsity and either JH or JV Boys Basketball team.  Please contact us if you would like to be involved in this program.

Box Tops for Education

Please remember that we collect 

Box Tops for Education and Campbell's Soup Labels to raise money and receive free items for our school.  Collection boxes are in the school office.

End of 1st Quarter

  Report Cards will be 

sent home this week as long as there is not an outstanding balance on your bill.

Parent Teacher Meetings (PTMs) 

will be held on 

Monday, October 22nd from 5pm - 8pm.  

Please remember there is a change in schedule and there WILL BE school on Monday, October 22nd.

 

Our Guidance Counselor Pat Jackson will have a table set up during the PTM's for any parents interested in obtaining information on college and financial aid for college.

Fundraising

Boxes of Candy Bars are still available in the school office!  With each box that is sold there is $26 taken off of your Fundraising Commitment. 

 

Yankee Candle Fundraiser will start on Monday, October 22nd and end on Tuesday, November 6th.

 

Midland Fundraising Holiday catalogs will go out on Monday, October 28th and this sale will run through November 12, 2012.

 

We will also begin making Peanut Brittle to sell and we will need volunteers to help with this one night each week.


Picture Day

Picture Day is Wednesday, October 24th

Please remember that the Dress Code rules from the Student Handbook still apply on Picture Day.


Reminders

There is school on Monday, October 22nd.

Macaroni and Cheese will be served for lunch.

 

There is no school on Wednesday, October 31st.

 

There is no school on Monday, November 5th.
