Now that we are done with state MCA testing, it is time for NWEA MAP testing! At Cyber Village Academy, we use the NWEA MAP tests to help us assess student needs and measure student growth in core subject areas. This data helps our staff to target specific course content areas as well as assess our overall school performance. To learn more about the NWEA MAP tests, you can visit the NWEA website: http://www.nwea.org/
Students in kindergarten through 8th grade take the MAP test in the fall and again in the spring. Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students will be testing during on-campus class time. High school students will NOT be taking the NWEA MAP test this spring. Students in grades 4 through 8 will be taking both their NWEA reading and math tests during their single testing time on a Thursday or Friday. Please plan to bring your student in to school at their scheduled time:
- Last Names A-F: Thursday, May 12th 8:30 am
- Last Names G-K: Thursday, May 12th 12:30 pm
- Last Names L-R: Thursday, May 19th 8:30 am
- Last Names S-Z: Thursday, May 19th 12:30 pm
- Make up session: Friday, May 20th 8:30 am
Please contact Melissa O-R if you have any questions.

For this reason, we ask that students, parents and staff refrain from using or wearing such products on campus."
