 Fall Style Inspiration
Our stylists always have their ears to the streets when it comes to the latest in hair trends and they could not agree more with this Elle.com article that says the Pixie with fringe is in! Check out our client, Barbie, below who jumped on this trend and looks fab! We carry perfect products to style this look and keep the blonde bright. For the piecey fringe look, be sure to use Davines "This is a Seal Salt Spray." Don't let that blonde fade by washing with Keune "So Pure Color Care Shampoo." Sandra's Salutation

Have you dumped a bucket of ice water over your head recently? If not, I am sure you know someone who has after the success of the far-reaching ALS ice bucket challenge on social networking. As I watch this campaign raise millions for ALS awareness, I feel both admiration and motivation. I know the struggles of fundraising and try to be as generous as possible in my business and personal life to aid in causes that are dear to me. One of these being the Parada Family and their mission work in South Africa. I would like to thank all of you who took part in our annual Cut-a-Thon, as it warms heart to support this family and you all have helped me do so. It is such a great feeling to endorse a cause that means something to you. This gratification can be achieved through donating time and/or money or simply doing your part to spread awareness. Spreading awareness for ALS is just one of so many amazing fundraising campaigns. Another very relevant cause due to the tragic passing of Robin WiIlliams, is suicide prevention. We have 3 employees from Allure Spa participating in an Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Cape Cod on September 27th, which is one of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) signature fundraising campaigns. If you would like to support Molly, Keleigh or Lorraine please donate. Allure Spa is also sponsoring the Second Annual Struzz's Home Run 5k Scholarship Walk/Run this month which raises money for scholarships for graduating seniors. It is not my intent to pressure you but to inspire you. I hope you all are able to help out with a cause that is special to you. See below for links to the causes I have mentioned or take 5 minutes today to reflect on a cause that has a special place in your heart.
