New Format Winter 2016 Course Catalog Available November 16
A magazine-format course catalog will debut Winter 2016 with all the information for the term in one place and a beautiful cover photo by member Ken Deveney. A copy is being mailed to all member households and will be posted online. 

Course Request Registration, November 16 through November 30

New Member Orientation: Two Dates, Two Locations
Are you new to OLLI, or missed a new member orientation when you joined? Here is a great opportunity to learn how to make the most of your OLLI experience. Let us know to expect you by clicking on the session you prefer:
Medford, Tuesday, November 17, 9:00-10:00 am, HEC Room 321
Ashland, Thursday, November 19th, 1:00-2:00 pm in Room A, Campbell Center

Concierge Service: Zero Frustration Course Registration
Council members and office volunteers are hosting a drop-in concierge service for Winter term registration on Tuesday, November 17, 10:00 am-12:00 pm in HEC room 321; or in Ashland from 2:00-4:00 pm on Thursday, November 19th, Room A, Campbell Center. Get help registering online, selecting courses, or getting the scoop on how to optimize your chances for avoiding a wait-list. No RSVP necessary; just drop in.

Movie Matinee: Friday, November 20, 1:00 pm. Save the Date!
This popular event will be held at the Varsity Theater in Ashland and will cost $15 per person, which includes admission, popcorn and small soda. Details to follow.

Announcements
New Policy on Dropping OLLI Courses
Please review details of the new OLLI policy on dropping courses. Key points: No need to report absences to the office: you will only be dropped from a course if you notify the office you are dropping. You are still encouraged to make room for other members by droppoing courses you choose not to attend.

Expanded Parking in SOU Parking Lot #16
No need to purchase a parking permit. Lot #16 is located at the corner of Frances Lane and Oregon Street, on the uphill (south) side of the Campbell Center, behind classrooms D and E. This free parking applies only to this SOU lot. Please stop by the office if you have any questions.
