OLLI Staffing Update
Staff Changes. While OLLI program content is member-generated, our staff is important to the program's smooth operations. The OLLI offices will be adjusting to two personnel changes effective April 25. Anya Neher, our Program Manager, is leaving to address family issues in California. Final candidates for Anya's position are being interviewed this week. In addition, Carol O'Connor's part-time position in Medford as Data & Membership Assistant will be filled by Linda LaGasse, who will also be based in Medford. Carol's departure is due to academic reorganization at SOU with some resulting layoffs. Union employees so affected can fill other jobs based on seniority at SOU. Anya and Carol have each contributed significant improvements to the OLLI program, and we will miss their dedication and caring.
Your Help, Please. We appreciate your patience over the next several months as our new employees come up to speed, and Pam Christy and Christina Patton-Cattolico shoulder a greater burden on top of their already heavy loads. If at all possible, consult the OLLI website for any needs that can be addressed that way. |

Spring Reminders and Announcements
Annual Fund Drive. Member donations are vital to attaining the revenues needed to fund OLLI operations. Please respond to the OLLI Annual Fund Drive appeal that you recently received in the mail, or use this form to provide your gift. You may also donate from between $10 to $250 through the OLLI website after signing in.
Course Drops/Adds: You can still add courses that are starting later in the term. Please drop any courses that you will not attend by emailing olli@sou.edu with "Drop" in the subject line so that other members can fill the seat you're vacating.
Newsflash Archive Feature. If you missed or misplaced an issue of the Newsflash, these are now archived on our website at the News & Announcements link. Also at this link are the weekly class announcements and OLLI coverage in the news.

Spring Dates and Events
One-Credit Course Deadline is Friday, April 11. To receive this credit and the associated benefits, OLLI members eligible for this program need to complete and return the form
that can be downloaded from the website or picked up in class or the offices.
Community Lectures: Note the spring Ashland OLLI Lecture schedule. There is still time to register for the Medford OLLI Lecture on the LNG pipeline taking place Friday, April 11.
Save the Dates: Don't miss out on two fun OLLI traditions: the Annual Meeting and Ice Cream Social is May 14 and the OLLI Picnic is June 11.
