OLLI Priority Registration Deadline and Winter Break Information

Reminder: Priority Registration Deadline November 18 . Be sure to check course changes that may impact your course choices or your order of preference. All requests received via the online system or by a manual form by 5:00 pm Monday, November 18 will be included in the computerized lottery. Get help through the office if you need it. Extra volunteers are on site in Ashland this Friday and Monday. On November 21 members who participated in Priority Registration will be sent the resulting assignments.

Open Registration Starts November 22. You can then add as many courses as you'd like on a first-come, first-served basis either online or through the office.

Winter Break Announcements

Happy Holidays! We're officially on "winter break" starting Monday, November 18, with classes resuming January 6, but there are still some opportunities to connect.

Medford Lecture Series Planning. November 19 from 9:00 to 10:30 pm in Room 226 of Higher Education Center in Medford. All interested members are invited to help plan this monthly series that starts in January. Email your input if you cannot attend.

OLLI Party at ScienceWorks. Don't miss out on enjoying holiday camaraderie with fellow OLLI members and guests at this fun event on November 21 from 5:00 to 7:30 pm. Click here for details and to RSVP.

Film Showing. You're invited to a screening of K-Rose Productions' documentary "Free Voice~Free Spirit" about the transformative life journey of Master Voice teacher Mouna Wilson. It will be shown December 5 at 7:00 pm in Room E at the Campbell Center. Click for details.

Winter Break Office Hours. Before stopping by the office when OLLI classes are not in session, we suggest you call or email first to be sure someone is on site. In general, the main office will be open 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 to 4:30 pm (closed for lunch) Monday through Friday. The following are the official holiday closure dates:

Thanksgiving: Closed November 28 - 29
Christmas Week: Closed December 23 - 27
New Years: Closed January 1

Office hours in Medford during winter break are not yet set. Call 541-552-8108 before visiting to be sure Carol is present.

There is also a schedule of campus forums, including ones on November 19 and November 25, should you be interested in joining the dialogue.
